Put capital behind contracts that are already signed

PrimeLynx runs HVAC and technical services for operators across the Kingdom. When a contract is won and its scope is fixed, we open part of it to outside capital — and you read the same numbers we do.

Why this, why now

Maintenance is not a trend. It is a standing obligation.

Every tower, hospital, plant and mall in Saudi Arabia runs on cooling it cannot switch off. That makes technical services one of the steadiest lines of work in the Kingdom: demand does not wait for a good quarter, and it does not vanish in a slow one.

Vision 2030 keeps adding buildings to that base faster than the workforce maintaining them grows. PrimeLynx was built to close that gap — and the capital we raise goes into delivering contracts we have already won, never into hunting for them.

Real work, already won

Capital is matched to one signed contract with a fixed scope, an agreed price and a delivery window — never to a blind pool or an idea still looking for a market.

Nothing happens off the record

Every ticket, site visit, completion report and invoice is logged the minute it happens. Your reporting is a by-product of the work itself, not a deck assembled afterwards.

Built for the Kingdom's rules

Invoicing in SAR with 15% VAT, payment through mada, records kept in Arabic and English. Compliance lives in the platform instead of in a folder someone has to remember.

How it works

Four steps, from first call to settlement

None of this stays verbal. Each stage leaves a document you can point at later.

  1. 1

    We talk first

Tell us the size you are comfortable with and the horizon you want. We show you what is open and what it actually involves — including what could go wrong.

  2. 2

    You choose a contract

The client, the scope, the contract value, the cost to deliver, the expected margin and the timeline are all on the table before you commit to anything.

  3. 3

    The agreement is signed

Terms, returns and timing are written down and signed by both sides. Capital moves after that document exists, and only against it.

  4. 4

    We deliver, then settle

Our technicians do the work, the client pays into the platform, and your capital and agreed share are returned on the schedule you signed.

Is this a fit?

Who we tend to work well with

We would rather say no early than manage a mismatch for eight months. This usually suits you if:

  • You want to back operations you can inspect, not a portfolio you cannot see into.
  • You are comfortable with a defined horizon — most contracts run three to eight months.
  • You are a qualified investor able to commit capital under a written agreement.
  • You would rather hear an honest number than an optimistic one.

Talk to our team

This page explains how PrimeLynx works with investors. It is not an offer of securities and not a promise of returns. Capital is at risk, expected returns are estimates rather than guarantees, and any participation is subject to eligibility checks and a signed agreement.
